Griggs HVAC is a family-owned heating and cooling company based in Mason, Tennessee, serving homeowners across the Memphis metro area and the surrounding Mid-South for more than twenty years. We install, repair, and maintain the full system, not just the unit outside: all the equipment, including the condenser, furnace, and coil, the ductwork that carries the air, the ventilation that keeps it fresh, and the controls that tie it together.

We prioritize no-cool and no-heat calls, and if your system needs a part we can’t get same-day, temporary heat and AC is available while you wait. We guarantee service at your home within 24 hours, and our goal is to have your heating or cooling back within that same 24 hours.
Do you repair all brands of HVAC equipment?
Yes. Griggs services and repairs all major residential and commercial brands, regardless of who installed the system. Our trucks carry common parts for the most popular equipment in the Mid-South, so many repairs are completed on the first trip. We are also a Trane Comfort Specialist dealer.
What warranty comes with a new system from Griggs?
Every installation is backed by Griggs’ 1-year workmanship guarantee on top of the manufacturer’s parts warranty. Standard Trane equipment comes with a 5-year labor warranty, and any Trane equipment above standard carries 10 years of labor warranty.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Griggs offers financing through Service Finance, FTL, and Wells Fargo with available 0% financing, and we’ll help you claim any current TVA EnergyRight or local utility rebates on qualifying high-efficiency equipment.
Do you offer a maintenance plan?
Yes. The Griggs maintenance plan includes both seasonal tune-ups, priority scheduling, 10% off billable repairs, and 5% off installs for $140 a year for one system and $110 for each additional system at the same address, or $18 a month for the first system and $16 a month for each additional system.
