Based in Mason, Tennessee. Serving homes within about 75 minutes of the shop and businesses across the Mid-South, for twenty years.
Same crew, same standard, wherever you are
Griggs HVAC is a family-owned heating and cooling company headquartered in Mason, TN. Our residential service area runs roughly 75 minutes in every direction, from the neighborhoods of Memphis out to Jackson and Ripley, and south into North Mississippi. Commercial work covers the Memphis metro and beyond.
If you don’t see your town below, call. We probably cover it.
Memphis Metro Area
Griggs serves the entire Memphis metro area with residential and commercial HVAC: installation, repair, maintenance, ductwork, ventilation, and refrigeration. Memphis systems run seven months a year in heat and humidity, and we build and service them for exactly that.
East Memphis
Established neighborhoods with mid-century homes and systems that are often on their second or third replacement. Common calls: full system replacement, ductwork upgrades, whole-home dehumidification.
Midtown
Historic homes never designed for central air. We specialize in retrofits that work without tearing up the house: ductless options, duct redesign, and careful equipment placement.
Central Gardens
Some of the oldest and best-preserved homes in the city. We know how to add or replace a system while respecting the plaster, the trim, and the character of the house.
